Investment & usage
Treasure: No separate Treasure requirement is mentioned, but as a damage dealer her Collection Item (weapon collection level) investment matters a lot (SR5 at minimum, SR15 later).
Investment profile: Minimum 4/4/4, cost-efficient 7/7/7, endgame 10/10/10. All of her skills matter equally.
Skill priority: Burst Skill = Skill 1 = Skill 2
Overload priority: Elemental Damage > ATK > Charge Speed > Max Ammo (Charge Speed is unusually important for her compared with other dealers — during the 3-second ATK buff window she fires extra shots in proportion to her charge speed)
Her best pairing is Scarlet: Black Shadow (she is rated as Scarlet's new partner). Field her as the Burst 3 alongside the Mast/Anchor pair. Her damage is comparable to or stronger than "Pung-ska" (the Wind-code Scardi).
