Treasure: No dedicated Treasure. Real user statistics mostly put her Collection Item (weapon collection level) at around SR5.
Investment profile: By real user statistics her Overload completion rate is 51%, a middling level — not quite mandatory, but a character in steady use. In practice most players stop at 4/4/4 (32%) for skills, and few go as far as 7/7/7 (14.2%), so she is usable on a low investment.
Skill priority: There is little explicit priority data, but usage statistics show a tendency to invest evenly in all three skills (rising 4/4/4 → 7/7/7 in order).
Overload priority: Charge Speed (adoption 50%, 2 lines on average) then Max Ammo (adoption 48%, 1 line on average) carry the highest adoption weight.
Her key trait in PvP (Arena) is the area stun burst that triggers when HP falls to 30% or below — it lines up exactly with Scarlet's Ilseom timing, making her a core part of the "Stun Scarlet" deck. Note the paradox: if you raise Rapunzel too far, her HP rarely drops below 30% and the stun never goes off, so avoid over-investing.

This team has wipe, strong DPS, CDR, a shield that blocks most instant death attacks once in a while, and a nice passive heal from Rapunzel that doesn't even require her Bursting. Rapunzel can even come in clutch with her revival Burst, saving your run from a disaster. Heavily out-classed by any other duos, but if your duos are not completely, you can go this route.
