True Damage ignores all defense, a thing which may seem underrate at surface level, but it becomes more and more evil the deeper deficit you dive. Most Nikkes deal 1 damage at 45+% Deficit, with only a few Nikkes who can still deal some damages due to high ATK amount self buff.
