Investment & usage
Totem usage: Burst 1, 40s cooldown. Skill 1 "Reptile Lover" grants all allies attack damage ▲ 17.46% (10 sec) every time cover is restored, so the team buff holds even when another character covers the Burst 1 slot on a faster cooldown. What makes her unusual is that her Burst Skill ("Lizard's Protection") returns the whole team's burst stage to 1 — a re-entry effect — so even parked in the totem slot she will end up using her Burst depending on the situation (which is why the community calls her "effectively a Burst 0"). Missilis Tower recommended team
TowerThe Liter-Tia-Naga "trinity" core, with the remaining two dealers swapped per stage (Ein / Laplace, or Treasure Drake / Quency: Escape Queen). Note: as of 2026-07-31 a Korean YouTuber (Kim Jinseo) rates the new unit Maxwell: Ordinary Mechanic as the key to making Missilis Tower content workable — whether the composition should be reworked needs further checking.
Tia + Naga
Campaign[Source: prydwen.gg Team Database] The famous school girls of Missilis, known for their absurd "power" (whatever meaning you want). They are so strong that you can use any DPS with them and it still works wonderfully. Problem with them is, you need another Burst I here: Tia - Burst I - Naga - Burst III - Burst III. Example B3 can be high ranking in Tier List Substitutions: - [The same team described by another source — "Tia + Naga"] The schoolgirl duo of Missilis. They are not fussy about which dealer you pair them with, so any Burst 3 works fine. Their only constraint is that you need one more Burst 1.
Battle without your King
Boss[Source: prydwen.gg Team Database] A shielder is needed to survive the fight, which is the only reason Tia is here. Tia needs to Burst to apply shields and requires a second B1 Nikke for the team to function. Since Tia is Iron, you pretty much get the freedom of running whatever you've invested in, hence very beginner friendly. Burst Tia to block the slam or shockwave from Ultra. Substitutions: Anis: Star may be replaced with any B1 CDR. Naga may be replaced with Nayuta or Grave. (Element: Iron)

In this team, we use Tia Naga to overcharge Soda: Twinkling Bunny and Drake, allowing them to deal more damage. If they can consistently land Core shots (thanks to high Hit Rate▲ OL), their effectiveness will manifold.

Tower[Source: prydwen.gg character page] Syuen-sponsored section. Missilis Tower can benefit a lot from Drake's Treasure since she has an SR 15 Doll and at least 2 Limit Breaks. Increasing Combat Power can allow us to beat stages in a much easier fashion. Substitutions: Laplace (Treasure) and Maxwell can replace Ein
